Dallas back in win column
Cooper Rush passed for 247 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday’s 34-26 win over Washington. Rico Dowdle carried ball 19 times for 86 yards and Dallas’ defense sacked Jayden Daniels four times and intercepted him twice.
The Cowboys almost blew the win late after giving up an 86-yard TD to Terry McLaurin but the Commanders missed the extra point. After snapping a five-game losing skid, Mike McCarthy’s team will now try to put an end to its six-game winless streak at home.
This the craziest I’ve ever seen the B button be hit, in my life! 🔥🔥🔥

DeVito down bad
Tommy DeVito passed for 189 scoreless yards and was sacked four times in a 30-7 Week 12 loss to Tampa Bay. Rookie wideout Malik Nabers expressed frustration after the game, questioning why he didn’t get any targets until the second half.
Sitting at 2-9 after jettisoning Saquon Barkley, the Brian Daboll – Joe Schoen era is almost certainly over in New York. The Giants have lost seven-consecutive games against the NFC East rival Cowboys.
Dallas vs New York
Dallas is a 4-point home favorite at AT&T Stadium, where they have been outscored by a combined 187 to 69 in five home losses this season. The over/under set at just 39-points, suggesting this will be a Thanksgiving Day game to forget. New York’s offense is averaging the fewest points (14.8) in the NFL and Mike McCarthy’s squad sits just outside the bottom ten (20.1 PPG).
Both teams’ defenses are miserable against the run. The Giants are allowing 147.9 rushing yards per game (30th) and the Cowboys are permitting 150.5 YPG. (31st). However, Big Blue’s pass defense ranks #7, allowing just 194.2 passing yards per contest.
“I started getting the ball when it’s 30-0. What do you want me to do?”

Best Bet
Both the Cowboys and Giants would be better off tanking this game for an improved position in the 2025 NFL Draft, but no owner wants to get embarrassed on Thanksgiving Day. With Cooper Rush looking surprisingly competent, we’ll take Dallas to cover (-4) with the UNDER 39.
