The NASCAR Cup playoff field has been whittled down from 12 to eight drivers. After one more race, the playoff grouping will be shortened to just four drivers for the final race of the season at Phoenix on November 10. With their wins over the past two weeks, Joey Logano and Tyler Reddick have automatically clinched two of those final four spots.

NASCAR Xfinity 500 Winner Betting

Last year, Ryan Blaney (+625) was the winner of the Xfinity 500. It got him into the NASCAR final four. He would take advantage of the opportunity to be winning his first NASCAR Cup Series title.

Larson won at Martinsville in 2023. He was third there in this year’s spring race. Through his past four starts at Martinsville, the driver of the No. 5 Chevrolet for Hendrick Motorsports has never finished worse than sixth.

Hamlin has won five times when racing at Martinsville. He hasn’t won there since 2015, though. However, he has recorded three top-five finishes in five Gen 7 races at Martinsville.

William Byron (+850) has never won the Xfinity 500. He was third in this race in 2019. On the other hand, he was the winner of the Martinsville spring race this year and in 2022.

Chase Elliott (+800) was third at Martinsville in the spring race. He won the Xfinity 500 en route to capturing the NASCAR Cup Series title in 2020. Overall, he has recorded seven top-10 finishes in his last nine starts at Martinsville.

Top Xfinity 500 Prop Bets

In NASCAR Xfinity 500 prop wagering, both Larson and Hamlin are the +150 chalk to finish among the top three in the race. They’re just ahead of Blaney, who’s given a betting line of +180.

You can access +180 odds on Byron finishing among the top five, while Blaney is -320 to run among the top 10. There’s a reason for such short odds on Blaney. He was finishing within the top 10 in 10 of the past 12 races at Martinsville.

Best Bets To Win 2024 NASCAR Cup Series

Christopher Bell was continuing his consistent performance at last week’s race in Miami, finishing fourth. It was his series-best 22nd top-10 finish of the year. Even though he hasn’t officially qualified for the final four, Bell is the NASCAR Cup Series points leader. He’s also the +250 chalk to be the 2024 champion in NASCAR Cup Series future betting.

Logano and Reddick are the two drivers already locked into the NASCAR final four. They are next in this betting market with odds of +300. Logano was NASCAR Cup Series champion in 2018 and 2022. If you like to bet trends, this is an even-numbered year.

Larson (+500) and Byron (+800) are the only other drivers who oddsmakers are giving a betting line shorter than +2000 to earn a final four spot.

Xfinity 500 Winner Betting Picks and Predictions

While Larson is always a threat to win, it’s difficult to ignore the consistency that Blaney displays around the tight quarters of Martinsville’s short track mayhem.

His win here last year was the stepping stone launching Blaney into the NASCAR final four and ultimately, on to his first Cup Series title. Can he do it again? His Martinsville history suggests he’s a very solid bet to do just that.
