Bucs get on Bucky’s back
Bucky Irving went for 185 scrimmage yards and a touchdown in a 26-23 OT victory over the Panthers on Sunday. Baker Mayfield struggled in Week 13, passing for 235 yards and a TD with 2 interceptions. However, they prevailed thanks to a late game-tying field goal and Chuba Hubbard fumble in overtime.
With a 6-6 record, Tampa Bay is now tied atop the NFC South. However, they’ll need to finish one game ahead of Atlanta to win the division after dropping both matchups with the Falcons this year.
Already a career day for Bucky Irving on the ground.

Raiders lose 8th straight
Aidan O’Connell performed admirably in Friday’s loss to Kansas City, passing for 340 yards and 2 TDs. However, he also took the blame for a crucial fumble in the waning seconds that cost the Raiders a chance at a game-winning field goal.
Brock Bowers made 10 receptions for 140 yards and a score in defeat. The instant-superstar tight end is only behind Jayden Daniels and Bo Nix in the Offensive Rookie of the Year award race.
Tampa Bay vs Las Vegas
Tampa Bay is a 7-point home favorite at Raymond James Stadium and the over/under is set at 45 points. Under first-year offensive coordinator Liam Coen, the Buccaneers have the NFL’s 5th-highest scoring offense (27.9 points per game). With Bucky Irving heating up and two solid backs behind him, TB has the 8th-best rushing attack (137. 2 YPG) to pair with the 6th-best passing offense (238.8).
While he’s cooled off recently, Baker Mayfield is 7th in passing yards (3,034) and 3rd in passing touchdowns (25). Las Vegas’ defense is allowing the fifth-most points per game (27.8).

Best Bet
The Raiders brought their best to last Friday’s divisional battle with the Chiefs. With a few extra days rest, we like Las Vegas to cover (+7) against Tampa Bay with the OVER 45 points, but the Buccaneers (-325) will come away with the home win as they march towards an NFC South division title.
