Arizona buried in the desert
Kyler Murray tossed two interceptions for the second-consecutive game in a 30-18 loss to Seattle. After throwing a 41-yard TD strike on the first drive, Murray couldn’t keep the offense on the field, going 4 of 12 on third downs and 1 of 3 in the red zone. It was Arizona’s third loss in a row and second in three weeks to the Seahawks.
While they held their division rivals to just 65 rushing yards two weeks ago, the Cardinals defense got trampled by Zach Charbonnet, who had 193 total yards and two touchdowns. At 6-7, Jonathan Gannon’s squad is now two games back in the NFC West with only four games to play.

Patriots mistakes pile up
Will Jerod Mayo get another season in Foxborough or will Robert Kraft decide to bring in an experienced offensive mind to help mold Drake Maye? Before their bye week, the Patriots lost to the Colts despite outgaining them 422 to 253 in total net yards. The Patriots scored just two touchdowns in six trips inside the 20-yard line and had two TDs taken off the board because of penalties.
Maye has passed for 1,698 yards, 11 TDs, 8 INTs with 345 rushing yards and a score in eight starts this season, displaying the leadership traits that NFL franchises crave. In his last game versus Indianapolis, he showcased his dual-threat ability by busting off a season-long 41-yard run.
Arizona vs New England
Arizona is a 6-point home favorite at State Farm Stadium and the over/under is set at 45.5 points. Only the New York Giants (14.9 PPG) are averaging fewer points per game than the Patriots (17.0) this season. Jonathan Gannon’s club is also in the bottom-half of league scoring at 21.4 PPG (18th).
