- Week 13’s matchup kicks off from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX at 8:15pm ET
Two teams coming off very different Thanksgiving Day performances will meet up Thursday Night Football in week 13. Dak Prescott tossed four touchdowns in a 45-10 beatdown of the Commanders while Pete Carroll’s Seahawks suffered a 31-13 defeat to the 49ers.
Dallas is looking for their fourth-straight win against a Seattle team that has lost two-in-a-row. Before we check the odds on this matchup and make our bets, here’s where you can find the best Super Bowl betting tips and the top betting sites for NFL football in 2023.

Dak Prescott MVP?
Dak Prescott has passed for 300+ yards in four of last five games with 17 touchdowns versus just two interceptions. Four different pass catchers caught TDs in Dallas’ 45-10 massacre over Washington on Thanksgiving Day. With 1,066 receiving yards and six scores, CeeDee Lamb has been uncoverable of late. Tony Pollard has also looked better over the past two weeks, with 140 rushing yards and two TDs.
While his decision to fire offensive coordinator Kellen Moore was called into question this offseason, Mike McCarthy has had the last laugh. The Cowboys lead the NFL with 31.5 points per game.

Seahawks hit the skids
Seattle was held to just 220 yards of offense in a 31-13 loss to the division-rival 49ers on Thanksgiving night. With the Seahawks struggling on third downs and the red zone, Pete Carroll could be considering firing offensive coordinator Shane Waldron.
“We have unique talents and we got to make sure we’re maximizing that and I feel like we’re not,” said Carroll after Thursday’s loss. “I feel like we’re not seeing stuff.”
Dallas vs Seattle
Dallas is a 7.5-point home favorite on Thursday with the over/under set at 44.5 points. In addition to being the league’s top scoring team, the Cowboys rank No. 5 in passing yards per game (262.4) and sit just outside the top-ten in rushing yards per game (115.3).
Seattle’s passing attack is league-average (221.8 yards per game) while ranking bottom-ten in rushing (95.8). With Kenneth Walker likely to miss the contest with an oblique injury, rookie Zach Charbonnet will have the backfield to himself once again.

Watch out for Da’Ron Bland!
The Cowboys’ defense is allowing the fourth-fewest points per game (16.8) and the third-fewest yards per game (276.3). They’re also always a threat to score thanks to Da’Ron Bland. A fifth-round steal back in 2022, Bland became the first defender in NFL history to record five pick-sixes in a season with a 63-yard house call on Sunday.
After tossing 30 touchdowns last year, Geno Smith has only 12 TDs in 11 games this season with eight interceptions.
Best Bet
Every football fan has seen Mike McCarthy and the Cowboys organization blow countless games over the year. So, it’s only natural to be a little skeptical heading into the season’s final stretch. However, Jerry Jones’ club looks like one of the most complete squads in the entire NFL with elite play on both sides of the ball.
We’ll take Dallas to cover (-7.5) against a Seahawks team that could be in store for big changes, with the OVER 46.5.
