Daniels disappoints
Jayden Daniels struggled in 28-27 loss to the Steelers in Week 10, completing 17 of 34 passes for 202 yards. The Offensive Rookie of the Year frontrunner also took three sacks and was bottled up for five rushing yards in what was his worst performance since Week 1.
Sunday’s defeat snapped a three-game winning streak for the Commanders. Nevertheless, Dan Quinn has led Washington to a surprising 7-3 record after the team finished an ugly 4-13 last season.
Philadelphia vs Washington
Philadelphia is a 3-point home favorite at Lincoln Financial Field, where they’re 3-1 this season, with the over/under set at a robust 49.5-points. Dan Quinn’s squad is averaging the third-most points per game (29.2) in the NFL with the Eagles in 11th at 24.9 PPG. Philadelphia and Washington rank No. 2 and No. 3 in rushing, averaging 174.8 YPG and 163.9 YPG, respectively.
Opponents are averaging less than 20 points per week against Vic Fangio’s fast-improving Philly defense, which ranks No. 5 against the run. Meanwhile, Washington has a bottom-five rushing D, allowing 142.3 yards per game. That spells trouble against Saquon Barkley, whose 925 rushing yards ranks No. 2 in the league.

Best Bet
Jayden Daniels vs Jalen Hurts for first place in the NFC East is as good as a Thursday Night Football game will ever get. While the Commanders look legit, they don’t have the offensive depth or defense to stick with Philadelphia.
Expect a big game from Saquon. Eagles win (-166) and cover (-3) with the OVER 49.5.
