- Buffalo (7-2) is a 4.5-point road favorite over the Colts (4-5) in Week 10
- Josh Allen is the favorite for NFL MVP after passing for 17 touchdowns and just 2 interceptions this season
- Sunday’s game kicks off from Lucas Oil Field in Indianapolis, IN at 1:00 pm ET
Josh Allen led three straight touchdown drives in the second half of Sunday’s 30-27 win over the division-rival Dolphins. In complete control of the AFC East, Buffalo heads to Indianapolis on Sunday. Playing in his first game since being named the Colts new starting quarterback, Joe Flacco failed to lead even one TD drive in a disappointing Week 9 loss to Minnesota.

Buffalo keeps rolling
Tyler Bass nailed a career-long 61-yard field goal in the final seconds of Sunday’s 30-27 victory over Miami to extend the Bills’ win streak to four games. Josh Allen passed for 235 yards, 3 TDs and an interception to improve to 12-2 all-time versus the Dolphins.
With Amari Cooper on the shelf with a wrist injury, Allen connected with rookie RB Ray Davis, journeyman receiver Mack Hollins and virtual unknown Quintin Morris for scores, proving he can get the job done with just about anyone. Through nine weeks, Allen (+270) is in a dead heat with reigning two-time NFL MVP Lamar Jackson (+285) for the award.

Colts get embarrassed
After benching 22-year-old Anthony Richardson for Joe Flacco, the Colts failed to score even one touchdown against the Vikings on Sunday night. The 39-year-old finished 16-of-27 for 179 yards and an interception, converting only 3-of-11 on third downs. Without Richardson’s threat to run, Jonathan Taylor was also bottled-up for 48 yards on 13 attempts.
Indianapolis now faces a Buffalo defense only allowing 19.2 points per game (No. 8 in the NFL).
Indianapolis vs Buffalo
Indianapolis is a +4.5-point home underdog on Sunday, and the over/under is set at 47 points. Buffalo has a top-five scoring offense, averaging 28.9 points per game while Shane Steichen’s squad ranks just outside the bottom-10 at 20.9 PPG.
The Colts defense forced Minnesota into three turnovers in Week 9. However, the Bills’ +1.2 turnover differential is third in the league. Sean McDermott may also want to deploy James Cook and Ray Davis against Indy’s 31st-ranked run defense, which is allowing 149.8 rushing yards per game to opponents.

Allen vs Flacco
Joe Flacco passed for two or more TDs in all three appearances this season before falling apart against Brian Flores’ Vikings defense, so we should expect the veteran QB to be much better this Sunday. Meanwhile, Josh Allen is fourth in the NFL with 2,001 passing yards, 17 TDs and only 2 INTs.
Best Bet
Indianapolis is 3-1 at home this season with wins over the Dolphins, Steelers and Bears and a tight loss to the Texans. Sitting one game under .500, they’ll be the more desperate team in this one. We like the Colts to cover (+4.5) with the UNDER 47 points in Week 10.
