What will be Usher’s opener?
OMG (-250) is the heavy favorite to be Usher’s first song thanks to having a catchy hook (“Oh my gosh”) that everyone can sing along to. My Way (+200) is next on the board as the 45-year-old has been known to open with the tune in the past. Yeah! (+400) would be the choice if you think Usher starts the show with a chart-topper. But, since it would likely involve cameos by Lil Jon and Ludacris, it might be saved for later.
In a recent interview, the R&B star said his performance will honor the black artists that came before him. That could make Burn (+1200) a nice longshot choice as a perfect example of the R&B musical genre.
Usher says his Super Bowl LVIII show will honor Black artists:
“I didn’t get there by myself,” he said. “So, everybody that has been a part of it, I’m carrying them with me. https://t.co/uwKiaVOH3D

Usher’s first shirt color?
One Google image search of Usher is all you need to tell you that the Grammy winner will take the stage wearing a black (-100) or white (+250) shirt. You may as well forget about red (+500), blue (+550) about any of the other colors available.
Another -300 ‘lock’ is that Usher will show up wearing sunglasses. You can ever wager on the type of chain he’ll rock with ball chain (+200) the slight favorite over box chain (+250) and cable chain (+300).

Who could make a cameo?
Ludacris (+200) and Lil John (+300) are the frontrunners due to their involvement in Usher’s smash hit Yeah!. A cameo by will.i.am (+400) is also a strong probability given that he co-wrote, produced and performed OMG. My Boo is a duet between Usher and Alicia Keys (+500), who sung the National Anthem at Super Bowl 57.
Nick Minaj is listed at +500, however, her collaboration with Usher, She Came to Give It to You, wasn’t exactly a hit. It was scrapped from his eighth studio album. P Diddy (+500) famously mentored Usher, but I Need a Girl part 1 and 2 are officially part of Sean Combs’ catalog.
