The WNBA Betting Sites continue to deliver in 2024 and now a month into the season, we still do not know what some teams are. Fans get three games on Wednesday night as the Las Vegas Aces try to get back above .500 versus the Seattle Storm.  Also, there are definitely some questions with the Aces as they have struggled through the early portion of the schedule. Now, we look at some potential wagers in the meaningful mid-week contest. Storm vs Aces Bets expect  to feature a good deal of scoring.

So, the top online betting sportsbooks get bettors better adjusted for the summer monthsl. Again, patience truly is needed now as most nights feature only 2-3 games on the schedule. Sometimes, there is only one. On the bright side, there is an NBA TV doubleheader on Wednesday and a Friday night double dip on ION Television.

Storm vs Aces Bets – When Do The Aces Stand Up?

Alright, the Storm vs Aces Bets ask when do the Aces stand up?. The Las Vegas Aces opened with a win but it has been a considerable struggle. At 6-6, Las Vegas has already matched their loss total for all of last year (34-6). Yes, most believed the Aces would roll right through the regular season. However, that has not happened. Their point differential is only +1.1. Now, that is shocking. Their scoring pace is solid at 86.8 points a game but they allow 85.7. That could use some improvement.

Unfortunately, things do not get any easier for Las Vegas, If losing to New York was bad enough, they face a Seattle team also looking for revenge from losses of year’s past. The Storm, surprisingly, are 9-5 on the season. However, they are hovering around .500 on the road. The Aces struggle at home losing four of seven contests. Granted, they have had one of the toughest schedules at home in the WNBA. However, that is no excuse.

The Aces know that the numbers are tightening. Look at New York with a 12-2 mark and Connecticut just ahead at 12-1. Even Minnesota is 10-3 on the young season. The WNBA, as a whole, is far more competitive and fiery this season. In order for Las Vegas to get back on track, the Aces need some sparks and speed . It does seem the Aces play best when the tempo is completely sped up.

Las Vegas with the spread from Bovada (-108) is still our best bet. With the moneyline hanging around -225, that is not good. A few more props will open late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. In the meantime, we could even take Las Vegas at 5.5 points for the risk. That is EVEN via Bovada

Storm vs Aces Bets – Rolling With The Over

So, Storm vs Aces bets continues with the idea of rolling with the over.. Las Vegas has not shown the ability to stop teams even at home. Their road record at 3-2 is better than the home mark. Again, the difference in opposition quality is right there. However, Las Vegas should be better than this regardless. Until the Aces get their act together, one almost has to assume the Over is going to connect with variety. Teams have figured ways to outpace the team which generates tons of it.

Now, the last four games have seen the combined total burst right past the 170 mark. It is one of the reasons why Wednesday night’s game is now 168. No one would be surprised to see that blown past again. That would make five straight occurrences. At this point, the only way for the Aces to stop struggling is just to keep playing quicker and quicker even off the bench. A’ja Wilson has been incredible averaging 28 points per game. However, more players need to get it in gear.

Maybe playing Seattle is the jolt that Las Vegas needs. It is hard to remember the last time the Aces lost four of five and looked this poorly doing it. Alas, that may be the most troubling part here. Now, Becky Hammon and her coaching staff must make several adjustments. If any staff can, it would be hers. Look at how Las Vegas responded last year and the year before on their way to the title.

Again, rule changes have hurt Las Vegas but the scoring pace is still there. Jessika Carter will provide even more paint presence from Las Vegas who have a wealth of riches. Their issue is learning to start playing downhill again. In the meantime, the gift over at 168 means we have plenty of options. Check out this one at 169.5 points via BetOnline. That rolls in at +120.

One More Before Our Exit

Finally, Storm vs Aces Bets ask about one more before our exit. 2024 expects to continue delivering the hits with Las Vegas and Seattle playing in a big spot on Wednesday night.

Again, keep an eye where the Team Over/Unders are for both squads. The Over here could be worthwhile especially on the Aces. There is a possibility their number should be greater than 90. Currently, this one stands at 86.5 at -115. See what the big three sportsbooks offer at say 89.5. Our suspicion is that this will come in as high as +150 or even +155.

Finally, the early plan is to go for Las Vegas Over 86.5 points. Maybe sliding a few dollars at Seattle Over 81.5 might be intriguing. However, side with the Aces.
