The Fever are a mere 2-6 on the road, This seems to indicate Atlanta has more than a puncher’s chance on Friday night. Most sportsbooks have them around a two-point favorite. It is not much instilled confidence but it is something. The Over/Under is at a solid number of 162.5.

The Fever seem to be showing some real continuity especially on the offensive end. In the fourth quarter, Clark and Aliyah Boston are quite a pair. These players and maybe even coaching staff deserve a bit of an apology. For all the grief rightfully given to Indiana, someone should praise them in these spaces as well. However, there may be one slight and nagging problem for Friday night.
Atlanta gets the nod o Bovada (-110) is still our opening bet. With the moneyline at -135, that is not so bad. A few props will open on Thursday and even more will on Friday. In the meantime, we are upping the danger level to take Atlanta by 2.5 points for the risk. That is now +105 via Bovada. Most places are at EVEN at this time.

Again, rule changes play a role here but the shooting has been vicious in a bad way. Is Allisha Gray going to shoot 1-for-16 from the field on Friday? Most highly doubt this.. Teams in the WNBA who score this low often bounce back in a big way at home. Welcoming Indiana could not come at a better time. That is why taking the Over is a good idea and to take the Over on Atlanta’s point total as well.
Let’s Take A Few More Bets On
Finally, Fever vs Dream Bets say let’s take a few more bets on. 2024 has been solid regarding WNBA picks. However, hitting at around 55% keeps the momentum rolling. No one is on some 70 or 80% bender. However, one can take the first quarter spread and run with it at -0.5 for Atlanta. That means we can tease the Dream to be up by a mere basket. This ups the number to +125.
Again, keep an eye where the Team Over/Unders are for both squads. The Over for Atlanta at 82.5 is almost EVEN now. This is good news. For even better news, there are two great wagers to bet a couple of dollars on. One is the winning margin at 3-6 points for Atlanta (+400). Do not be surprised to see this game stay close. Do not go as far as overtime, however.
Finally, the early idea is to head toward that Atlanta by at least one basket. Maybe sliding a few more dollars toward the Dream will not be a nightmare on Friday night. Keep an eye on the live bets with this game too.
